Terms and conditions
Last reviewed 1 September 2026.
These terms need review by a Spanish lawyer and the registered company details before the first sale. The substance below reflects how we intend to work.
01What we provide §
SpainEase provides relocation coordination: planning, documentation preparation, appointment management, housing search support and settling-in assistance.
SpainEase is not a law firm, a tax practice or a real estate agency. Where a matter requires regulated advice or representation, it is carried out by an independent qualified professional, identified to you, under their own engagement and responsibility.
02What we cannot promise §
- The grant of any visa, permit, residence or nationality.
- The availability or date of any appointment with a Spanish authority or consulate.
- Processing times or decisions of any public administration.
- The outcome of any third party’s decision, including landlords, banks and insurers.
Our obligation is one of means, diligently applied — not of result where the result belongs to someone else.
03What you agree to §
To give us accurate and complete information, to provide documents in time, to attend appointments that require you in person, and to tell us promptly if your circumstances change. Most delays in this process come from documents arriving late.
04Fees and payment §
Fees are quoted in writing before work starts and are fixed unless your circumstances change. Third-party costs — government fees, translations, apostilles, professional fees — are passed through at cost. Payment terms and cancellation rights will be set out in your individual engagement.
05Law and jurisdiction §
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer rights under Spanish and EU consumer legislation are unaffected by anything written here.
